So far we've read the book to the page 100. What are your comments on the following:
Namely one of the girls has said that Christopher's father is totally unsuitable to care for the boy as a single parent and that the boy should be taken to an appropriate institution.
Do you think that he is really such a bad father?

No i dont think that the Christopher having a bad father. They aren¨t toogether as much they could be, becouse father must work and earn money. He is prepare to help him and be there when he needs him.
Yes I think that his father needs a woman because he is not able to live alone with Chr. Chr. needs more time to be with parents. Father should have more talk with him.
On this 100 pages, which we read, i didn`t trace that his father isn`t capable alone educate Christopher. I think that C. father isn`t wrong, only he needs very patience.
The Christopher's father is good and bad. The bright side is the good side, that the father have a work that he can earn a money for living. The bad side is that Christopher has an Autism and he might needs a father a lot.
No, I do not agree with this statement at all! Being a parent is a hard job to do, but being a father to a child with autism is even harder. He is strugeling with Christopher well being and the lost of his wife. He also has job and he is trying to be patient with C. . But I also think that C. should go to a proper school, where would people who are profesionals help him even more.
I think that his father is very good person, becouse he tried to understand Christoper problems with awtisem. He also tried to help him geting out of problems.
But sometimes he did not understend him.

In my opinion Christophers father is not bed as a parent, but I think that it is hard to educate a son with this kind of disease that Cristopher has. Father has to be patient and he must have a lot of courageous to rase a boy by himself.

I don't thing that c. father is so bad. He has child with autism, and that isn't so easy to deal with. I thing that he is a bad person, but he could spent more time with Christopher.
Child care is hard for only one parent, even more it’s harder if the child has handicapped like autism. Christopher’s father isn’t the very best parent at raising a child, but that doesn’t mean that he’s bad father.
Hello to everybody.Well actually I think about Christopher's father like this. It is very hard to be in C.'s fathers skin. He is very hard-working and beacuse of his job, he can't devote to his own child that he has autism. And he might be need some time for deliberation of his avtistic child and his hard work. He could have some more free time for his kid(Christopher).
i think that Christopher father isn't wrong person, bescause having a son with autism is not very easy task, especially then, when you must care for person with autism alone...Besides he must work and earn money...
I don't know how to judge Cristopher's father. It is hard to raise a child with autism. He worked a lot and took care of him, but that is not enough. I think, that communication between son and father is more important than money.
I think that he is doing his best to protect C., I mean it's not right that he had lied to him, that his mother's dead, but I think C. is feeling better than he would, if he knew, she left him.
And also I agree, that it's hard to take care of a child, and it's especially hard to take care for an autistic child like Christopher. I'm on his fathers side :)
